Turous managed a change programme to develop, procure and roll out systems, processes and skills for a Lottery-funded £8.7m programme with internal staff and 20 delivery partner businesses across the North East of England.
Working with the project sponsor and a cross-functional team of senior managers, delivered the design of a new digital end-to-end IT service for the main business function of delivering £80m p.a. grant funding to Scottish businesses.
